Are your products handmade?

Yes! All of our products are handmade with care in the USA by yours truly. We are personally invested in our products and work continually to make sure they are of the highest quality possible.

What is your turnaround time?

Quick! All products are in stock and ready to ship. Each order is fulfilled in 1-2 business days. We ship via USPS First Class mail, with transit times taking between 2-5 days for orders within the continental US. We do our best to ship your orders promptly, so you can begin to enjoy your bows as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We do have a Canadian shipping option!

Can I custom order a product?

Generally, we are not accepting custom orders at this time, but feel free to contact us at if there is something specific you have in mind.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! Put the recipient’s name and address in the Shipping field at checkout. Select “Yes” in the gift section of the Special Instructions form. Type out the personal message you would like us to include, and any additional special instructions.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

We stand behind the quality of our bows and your satisfaction is important to us. We offer returns and exchanges for orders that are in new condition and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

What is a reversible clip?

All of our clips are reversible, meaning they are not attached and can be removed and re-oriented the opposite direction. This is ideal for girls who part their hair on different sides or share clips with siblings.

My bow is dirty or wrinkled, how can I restore it?

It is best to spot clean your bow with a toothbrush and warm water. You can use a tiny spot of dish soap if needed. After cleaning, wash soap out with water and lay flat to dry. You can use a warm iron to target wrinkles as needed.

Will I receive tracking information after my order has shipped?

Yes, you will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled. Once your package has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Do you offer coupons or discounts?

We always offer free shipping on orders over $30 using the code FREESHIP. We also offer occasional discounts and promotions to our newsletter subscribers and on our social media channels.
